What types of usage does the licensing cover?

The SoundSuite license covers the ability to use the licensed music anywhere in the world, in perpetuity and with any type of media with the exception of a film with a budget of over $2 million. In the latter case, SoundSuite asks that you secure a custom music license here.

The license granted is non-exclusive (meaning other people can also purchase a license to the same music), and does not cover public performance royalties such as those tracked by BMI related to terrestrial and satellite radio, television and film.
